WaheGuru Ji Ka Khalsa, WaheGuru Ji Ki Fateh.

Recently, the Guru Gobind Singh Gurdwara has started to run fitness classes for ladies.

These classes are led by a bilingual tutor and help to raise issues of healthy eatingand the importance of healthy lifestyles for themselves and their families.

The classes are held every:

Thursday 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm , in the Committee Room.
Saturday 9:30 am to 11:30 am, in the Committee Room.
