Religious Services
WaheGuru Ji Ka Khalsa, WaheGuru Ji Ki Fateh.
There is no single reserved day for a Sikh to worship. A Sikh should meditate on the name of God everyday (Naam Japna) and whenever possible visit a Gurdwara. The main day for Sikhs to go to the Gurdwara for worship in Britain is Sunday because most of the people in Britain do not work on Sundays.
As well as the normal daily services, the Guru Gobind Singh Gurdwara is used to host Sikh marriages, Akhand Pathhs, Sehj Pathhs and Sukhmani Sahib Pathhs.
If you would like to book the Gurdwara, please contact either the Head Granthi or the General Secretary at the Guru Gobind Singh Gurdwara on (01274) 727928.
This page to be updated with the details for the forth coming week.
As well as these services, langer (which is the communial meal) will be provided in the Langar Hall.
